A bar cannot be posted to a wallet address, so this is the one place on the site that asks for a name and an address. It asks for as little as a courier needs, and keeps none of it.
Your details never reach our servers
The form runs entirely in your browser. There is no endpoint behind it and no database. You send the finished claim yourself, to an address you can see.
The signature is what proves it is yours
Only the wallet that earned the reward can produce it. It costs no gas, moves no funds, and grants no permission over your position or your balance.
No document upload
We check your ID when the shipment is arranged, with a person. A passport scan sitting in an inbox for months protects nobody and would be ours to lose.

A claim is only accepted from the winning address itself. Connecting proves nothing on its own — you will be asked to sign a statement, which costs no gas and moves no funds.
If someone else asks you for this
This page, at arbhub.site, is the only place we ever collect delivery details, and @arbhub_site on Telegram is the only place we reply from. We will never ask for a seed phrase, a private key, or a fee to release a prize. A prize that requires a payment first is not a prize, and it is not us.
